What laws dating back to Hawaii?
You know, like what is the maximum age difference when a person is a minor? I know that the legal age for sex is about 14-15 but the other person can not be more than 5 years if the right or older? (Not that's what I want to know)
There are no laws governing dating laws intervene when sexual activity takes place. What you are getting exactly what the right at 16 years, a person can consent to sex with anybody about ages. Persons aged 14 and 15 may have sex with someone UP TO 5 years older. Other applicable laws, a teacher can not have sex with a student regardless of age, things of that nature.
